An original watercolor poster for the 2023 vintage of Rush Creek Reserve, painted by our co-owner Caitlin Hatch. Rush Creek Reserve is the soft, spoonable cheese we release only in November and December, when it becomes the centerpiece of holiday tables around the country. Each year, to celebrate the new vintage, Caitlin paints a watercolor. For years these prints have decorated the walls of the best specialty cheese shops in the country. A handmade, original painting to accompany a handmade, original cheese.

Keep refrigerated at 38–42°F. Bring to room temperature before serving. Pleasant Ridge Reserve can be stored for several weeks but is at its peak within a couple of weeks of its receiving date. Rush Creek Reserve is meant to be enjoyed as a young cheese and should be consumed by the best-by date printed on the label of the wheel.
