Warm Rush Creek by leaving it at room temperature for a few hours, or by heating it gently in the oven. What better way to heat and serve a handmade cheese than in handmade stoneware? Wilson Creek Pottery, just up the road in Spring Green, WI, custom makes this crock for Rush Creek. Their work is simple by design, made to last, and dishwasher safe.
Each order contains one Rush Creek Reserve and one crock, along with heating and serving instructions.

Keep refrigerated at 38–42°F. Bring to room temperature before serving. Pleasant Ridge Reserve can be stored for several weeks but is at its peak within a couple of weeks of its receiving date. Rush Creek Reserve is meant to be enjoyed as a young cheese and should be consumed by the best-by date printed on the label of the wheel.
