Rush Creek Reserve and Extra-Aged Pleasant Ridge Reserve, together in one box for the season when both are at their best. We pack both of our limited-edition cheeses with some of our favorite pairings, all made here in southern Wisconsin. Each box contains one Rush Creek Reserve (about 12 oz), a 1-lb piece of Extra-Aged Pleasant Ridge Reserve, a 5-oz package of Potter's Crackers Organic Classic White Crackers, a 1.5-oz jar of Basswood Honey from Honey Acres, and a 4-oz package of Fortune Favors Candied Pecans.
Because these accompaniments change with the seasons, we may occasionally need to make a substitution.

Keep refrigerated at 38–42°F. Bring to room temperature before serving. Pleasant Ridge Reserve can be stored for several weeks but is at its peak within a couple of weeks of its receiving date. Rush Creek Reserve is meant to be enjoyed as a young cheese and should be consumed by the best-by date printed on the label of the wheel.
