2011 Rush Creek Reserve Season

2011 Rush Creek Reserve SeasonOctober 18, 2011 - The first frost has just hit the farm, we've made the season's last batch of Pleasant Ridge, and as the cows begin to eat the winter's hay we start to concentrate on Rush Creek Reserve. Our ripening rooms are filling up with these little spruce-bound beauties, the first of which will be released in early November. Rush Creek Reserve will be sold through March in limited quantities at specialty stores around the country - if you can't find one near you, please order directly from our farm.

Rush Creek Reserve Cheese

We are a family-run dairy farm in southwestern Wisconsin, where we use the milk from our grass-fed cows to make artisan, farmstead cheese.

Here is a short video about how we make our Pleasant Ridge Reserve.
